The goal of the "Grow In Lima" organization is to provide a common point of access to the many different resources that Lima has to offer—economic, social, recreational, historical, educational, and environmental. It would involve residents, businesses, service organizations, church and school groups, farmers, and government officials.

The future strength of our Community depends on direct and open communication. The Council's goal is to develop and use technology to facilitate communication within Lima, as well as with individuals and businesses from outside which may be looking to relocate here.
